This isn’t a deep-dive or a full tapping session. We're not rushing into anything just yet. We're just opening the door and letting your body have a seat at the table—because it knows exactly what’s wrong before your brain can find the words.

New to tapping? No problem. This session is a great intro to EFT, Life Coaching, and Embodiment work—especially if you’re not quite ready to commit to a full package. You’ll get a taste of how we combine emotional clearing, nervous system support, and personalized coaching in a way that feels meaningful (and maybe even fun).

We’ll include a 30-minute assessment to get to know your goals, your story, and how your nervous system responds to stress. From there, we dive in gently and go at your pace.

This 4-session package is for the folks who are ready to stop circling the same issue and finally get to the root of what’s going on. Over four 75–90 minute sessions, we’ll create a steady rhythm that gives your system time to open up, feel safe, and actually shift.

Each session is meeting you where you are, while gently moving you forward. Whether you’re dealing with unresolved stress, old stories that won’t loosen their grip, or a body that keeps sounding the alarm with no clear reason… this is your space to begin untangling it all.

What can I expect during a session at The Quiet Body?

How do I prepare for a session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe easily. There’s no need for special preparation, but coming with an open mind and clear intentions can enhance the experience.

Do you accept insurance or health savings accounts?

Our services are not covered by insurance at this time. However, we can provide receipts for submission to insurance companies and we are able to process health savings accounts (HSAs) or flexible spending accounts (FSAs), if applicable.
